2019年中国航天大会于4月23-25日在长沙举办。湖南斯北图科技有限公司带着高品质的产品亮相此次盛会，并且在商业航天产业国际论坛发表主题报告《Small Modules Big Space》，阐述公司的发展理念、产品构成及未来规划。我们希望立足卫星测控通信模块制造，依托领先的卫星通信与抗辐射技术，成为安全可靠的天基数据采集与通信系统制造商。
Small Modules Big Space - SpaceTube Tech
SpaceTube focuses on manufacturing satellite communication modules. Meanwhile Spacetube and all staff have a great space dream. Yes, our modules are small and light which can be installed in a cube satellite. Our modules are building a communication tube between satellites and the ground which can be called life channel of satellite. So our company is named Spacetube. With the communication tubes, human can explore the deeper space and can realize space dream step by step.
Spacetube aims at manufacturing satellite communication modules and data collection systems, as we have mentioned before. We are trying to “Release the advantages of small communication modules, let customers focus on big space.”
SpaceTube is now the first batch of Hunan key satellite application enterprises and high-tech enterprises. With high quality products and professional service, we have won “Supplier Excellence Award” from customers. And last year, also in the China International Commercial Space Symposium, we won the “New Enterprise Award” in Harbin.
For the past 20+ years, more than 100 modules of 70 satellites(10kg~1000kg) in orbit. Spacetube was founded in 2016 focusing on commercial space. As we know 2016 is the first year of China Space Day. And since then, Chinese commercial space has grown rapidly which provide us a great opportunity. In 2018, 45 modules have been utilized by more than 10 satellites for Tianqi, Weina, Laybired, Hongyan and so on.
We devotes to provide safety and reliability for
satellite communication.We has established cooperation with Tsinghua
University, NUDT, Peking University and Chinese Academy of Sciences. SpaceTube
has successfully applied for more than 30 patents, which relates to Satellite
communication technology, Space anti-radiation technology and Satellite IoT.
Now we have developed two series of products: Satellite TT&C communication
modules and satellite IoT.
With the rapid development of commercial small satellites, the TT&C product’s request get more rigid including low cost and comprehensive solution, user self-defined requirements and diverse functions.
We have exploited a comprehensive system which contains three parts: platform Modules, Ground Station and Ground Test Equipment. The modules equipped in satellite is defined as platform Modules. Platform Modules receive telecontrol data and send telemetry data from/to the ground station. Ground test equipment are provided to satellite manufactures to test platform modules before launch.
We provide self-defined products according to different customers’ requirements. It covers frequency including VHF, UHF, S, C, X, K. And it covers modulation modes including DSSS, QPSK, and so on. These three satellites are equipped with our TT&C modules. This is for Hongyan, a cube satellite, which has been launch last December. Its weight is less than 250 gram and power consumption is less than 1.5 watt. It has high reliability by using anti-radiation technology.
Our ground station and ground test equipment can also operate at UV, S and X band. More than 20 ground stations or test equipment have been use by different customers. The lower right photo is downloaded from Spacety. And it was received by using our ground station.
Driven by the interconnection of all things, we
have exploited another series important product :Satellite IoT. Satellite IoT
system is much more complicated because many satellites is to communicate with
many ground terminals. The number of satellite maybe dozens. And the number of
ground terminals may reach to hundreds of thousand or even more. We believe
Satellite IoT is still in initial stage. And we have designed a flexible and
compatible architecture while developing key technology.
The system contains three parts: IoT payload, ground terminal and data center.IoT payload is equipped in satellites. It can collect data from ground terminals. It transfer data to ground station while satellite runs just above the ground station. Or it can send data through inter satellite link communication models.
On our current technology, the system can access not less than 3 million times per orbit. And the system is compatible with many kinds of protocols.
These are IoT payloads, ground terminal and antenna, covering frequency including UHF, VHF and L band. These modules are equipped by Hongya and a small satellite. The IoT payload has light weight, low power consumption and has large-capability solid-sate storage. The ground terminal has long standby time and high sensitivity.
Firstly, SpaceTube is upgrading the first
generation products by improving flexibility, upgrading performance and improve
design. For the statellite IoT, the access speed is improved from 30 times to
50times per second per frequency per beam. That’s mean, the peak access user
can be improved from 3 million to 5 million times per orbit. From 2009, we have
collected data of LEO typical environmental effects and these are the cureves.
We still insist in collecting these data and these data will also be used to
improve our design.
Secondly, we will launch new products. For
satellite constellation, we are exploiting new modules for inter-satellite time
synchronization and inter-satellite network. We are also improving space-based
The first generation products will be stable. And the new generation and new products will be greatly improved.
